Rolling Heart Support
Rolling Heart brings private Heart Flow context and factual Heart Data to iPhone and Apple Watch.
Start with the Rolling Heart Guide
On iPhone, open Setup, then Rolling Heart Guide. The free offline Guide explains Dashboard, Heart Lens, factual Heart Data, Load and Reserve, Watch Today, complications, ranges, themes, restore, data gaps, freshness, and privacy.
Health Access
- On iPhone, open Setup and choose Health Access to allow or review Apple Health access.
- On Apple Watch, open Setup, then Health Access. Finish the Apple authorization sheet with its bottom Allow action.
- Heart rate is the only required Heart Flow input. Optional age, recovery, movement, workout, sleep, breathing, and oxygen context may improve personal-relative context but cannot block a result.
- If access or recent data is unavailable, Rolling Heart shows a truthful limited or no-recent-data state instead of inventing a reading.
Heart Flow and Heart Data
- Heart Flow is a derived personal-wellness visualization. It is not a factual Health measurement.
- Heart Data keeps factual readings, timestamps, availability, and Watch Readiness separate from Heart Flow.
- Dashboard, Heart Lens, and Heart Data each have their own range setting. Changing one does not change the others.
- If iPhone Heart Flow appears stuck after Health data changes, open Setup and use Rebuild Local Heart Flow Data.
Apple Watch and Complications
- Install Rolling Heart on both iPhone and Apple Watch for Watch Today, complications, and private paired-device support.
- Watch-visible Heart Flow is built locally on Apple Watch and may need a short time to gather enough recent Health history.
- If Today asks you to review Health access, open Watch Setup > Health Access.
- If paired factual fallback data is stale, open Watch Setup > Data & iPhone Sync or use Refresh Apple Watch Data on iPhone.
- Open Complications on Apple Watch to explore every available preview. Some options require Lifetime Premium only when configured on an actual watch face.
- WidgetKit refresh timing is controlled by watchOS. A complication may remain honestly historical until the system grants another update opportunity.
Lifetime Premium
Lifetime Premium is one optional non-consumable purchase. It adds longer ranges, Parchment, Signal, and Electric themes, deeper Heart Flow Graph and Lab customization, longer Watch Today and Heart Flow complication ranges, and expanded Heart Rate complication options. It does not change Health access, factual readings, privacy, or medical posture.
- To restore an existing purchase, open iPhone Setup > Lifetime Premium and choose Restore Purchases.
- After purchase or restore, open Rolling Heart on iPhone briefly so verified access can synchronize privately to Apple Watch.
- If the Watch remains locked, confirm both apps are installed and nearby, then reopen Lifetime Premium on Apple Watch.
Appearance and Accessibility
Sandstone plus System, Light, and Dark appearance choices are free. Rolling Heart is designed to respond to Dynamic Type, VoiceOver, Reduce Motion, Differentiate Without Color, and Increased Contrast across its primary V2 surfaces. If a common task is clipped, unreadable, or unclear with an accessibility setting enabled, include the device, operating-system version, text size, appearance, and affected screen in your support email.
Privacy
Rolling Heart has no account, ads, analytics, tracking, developer server, or third-party SDK data collection. Health data is processed on your devices, and Rolling Heart does not write Health data. Read the complete Rolling Heart Privacy Policy.
